I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you once again for all of your hard work. As you know, our first realtor experience was not the best so we were very cautious in hiring a realtor to help us sell our home in Sandy Springs. The first time that we met you both we knew that we did not want anyone else representing us in the sale of our home. You both made us feel extremely comfortable and were happy to answer all of our questions. Any phone calls that we made were either answered right away or we had a returned call within minutes of leaving a message – to this day I am still shocked. You both went above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect and we will forever be in debt. All you hear about is how horrible the 2007 housing market has been, but with you both representing us we had two offers on our house in days and had a contract on our house within a week of putting the for sale sign out in the front yard. In fact, I was almost a little sad that we bought and sold so quickly because you truly made us feel like family with the honesty, respect, and integrity that you showed us.

We selected Michael for his intimate Chastain Park market knowledge and proactive sales approach to listing a residential home. He used market intelligence to strategically price our home using current data within the area so we achieved insight on how our property would perform within the market place. His scope of services went well beyond throwing a sign up in the yard and distributing flyers. It was truly a well choreographed marketing campaign providing active solicitation and advertising of the property throughout the Chastain Park community. We received guidance on everything from touring preparation to inspection negotiations.
